Parent Coaching-Elite

PC-Elite starts with an in-person evaluation with a Brain Sprints professional. This includes a parent consultation to review the extensive client history and determine the family’s goals.

• Select the evaluation location closest to you. TX: DFW, Houston or Austin area
• Fill out an extensive history form, as the expert on your child this will help us address all areas of concern
• Have in-person NeuroDevelopmental evaluation by a Certified ND (every four months)
• Participate in a parent consultation
• Receive an individualized NeuroDevelopmental Program (INP) is developed with activities that address the root cause of learning inefficiencies found in the evaluation 
• Customized to meet the needs of the family
• Can include the majority of academics required for a particular grade or level of function
• Online training for all activities
• Implementing the plan typically requires two to three hours per day, 5 days a week
• Bi-monthly group informational and Q&A sessions included throughout the year
• Individual phone and email support are available for the duration of the program

A comprehensive in-person or video evaluation begins all subsequent 4 month cycles. Progress is communicated to parents in a parent consultation after each evaluation. A new individualized program is created and will build on the foundation that the previous cycle established.

These programs include academic testing and assess these six areas of function on nine levels of development:

• Gross Motor
• Expressive Language
• Fine Motor 
• Visual
• Auditory
• Tactility

Evaluations - Fully individualized and customized on every level

Most children use the Brain Sprints’ program for 18-24 months. After this current year is complete, your individual situation will be assessed and the best recommendation for moving forward will be presented.

Investment 

Initial program year: Payment of $1000 and 8 monthly payments of $295. Discount given for year paid in full.

Supplies not included; they typically run $100-$200 for each cycle, depending on your individual needs. 

Travel Requirements

Travel to evaluation location every 4 months. Video evaluation allowed once a year as needed.

How to Get Started:

1. History Form: Complete and submit the History Form
2. Schedule the in-person evaluation: After the history form is submitted, you will be given a link to schedule your in-person evaluation.
3. Brain Training Program: The NeuroDevelopmental brain-building activities are taught through our Individualized NeuroDevelopmental Plan (INP) website. The training site will be available within 7 days of the evaluation. You will be notified via email when your plan is ready to view.
4. Future Programs: PC-Elite provides in-person evaluations every 4 months. Evaluations for the next cycle are typically scheduled 4 months in advance.

NeuroDevelopment is effective for everyone from birth to 99 years of age. Brain Sprints has specific brain-building programs tailored to various needs and a broad range of age levels. This system has proven successful for individuals presenting with these challenges
